Torrey Highlands

Torrey Highlands is a newly developed residential community in San Diego North County Inland. It is a popular and desirable location due to its near proximity to both inland and coastal locations. Torrey Higlands’ neighbors include Black Mountain Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Pacific Highlands Ranch, and Fairbanks Ranch. Torrey Highlands is located right next to Route 56, which offers easy and quick access to both I-5 and I-15.

New residential communities continue to pop up in Torrey Highlands, as it is still a budding and growing community. Neighborhoods are bustling, close-knit and full of families. The main shopping area in Torrey Highlands is Torrey Highlands Village Center, which offer grocery shopping, food opportunities, and retail and service shops. Plaza 56 Business Center, also in the area, offers space to house medical offices, biotechnology labs, and numerous other business offices. Close by Torrey Highlands is found Del Mar Highlands Town Center, which offers even more shopping and service opportunities to residents.

There are numerous residential opportunities located within easy access to this neighborhood, including Los Penasquitos Canyon Reserve, Torrey Highlands Dog Park, Torrey Highlands Park, Carmel Creek Park, Carmel Mission Park, and Overlook Park. These parks are all enjoyed by residents of Torrey Highlands, often busy and bustling with activity.

The recently built Westview High School serves the students of the area and is operated by Poway Unified School District. Due to its unique quarter-system set-up, Westview High School students have earned high test scores and completed more courses in one year than most other high schools in San Diego County.
